Privacy Policy
First Frame ("we", "us") is a marketing agency based in Arizona. This policy explains what information we collect through firstframeaz.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Contact form. When you send us a message we receive what you type: your name, business name, email address, phone number (optional) and a description of your project.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time of the request) to keep the site running and secure.
- Direct contact. If you call, text, email or message us on Instagram, we keep that conversation like any business would.
We do not sell personal information.
How we use it
- To reply to your message and, if we work together, to prepare a proposal and deliver the work.
- To keep the site secure and understand, in aggregate, how it is used.
- We will not add you to a newsletter or marketing list just because you contacted us.
Who handles the data for us
- Netlify hosts the site and processes the contact form. Form submissions are stored in our Netlify account and forwarded to our email.
- Google provides the web fonts used on this page and Google Analytics, which we use to count visits and see which pages are read. Analytics data is aggregated; we do not use it to identify you, and we have Google's advertising features turned off. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) provides the Meta Pixel, which tells us when a visit or a contact-form submission came from one of our Instagram or Facebook posts or ads, and lets us show our ads to people who visited this site. Meta may combine this with your Meta account if you have one. You can adjust this in your Meta ad preferences.
- Links to Instagram and to Calendly (where you can book a call with us) take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies (names starting with _ga) and the Meta Pixel sets cookies (names starting with _fb) to tell returning visits from new ones. They do not contain your name or email. You can block or delete them in your browser settings and the site keeps working. Third-party services linked from the site may set cookies on their own pages.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to answer you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our work and the period required for accounting and legal records. You can ask us to delete your message at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Write to us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
